Just an advance notice: my next series of articles, beginning a few days hence, will be “Notes Toward a Definition of a Christian Political Sensibility,” and will come in three installments. As the title might suggest, it makes an argument of limited ambition: not a proposed ideology, and not even a proposed practical politics, but only an attempt at the isolation of a certain Christian “taste” in the political realm. I confess this now so as to forestall, if possible—and, ideally, to obviate—any expressions of disappointment when I leave the matter hanging.

Well, I reckon it’s about time you finally got down to advocating for a good old fashioned merchant republic based on the fine Christian principle of sortition.
I assume that you'll come to your senses and conclude that we actually should write Wendell Berry in on every ballot... :)
