Unfortunately, my dogs are philistines. I have tried to convince them to read your fiction, but they prefer your other works.

I have noticed a decline in canine culture as of late. They used to love Jesus and fight in battles. Now they’re afraid of fire works.

I was just remarking to someone a few days ago that I'm shocked by the lack of attention paid to your magnificent novel (which I'm finishing for the second time right now). So, I'm very glad to see this.

Congratulations! I read Kenogaia out loud with my 7 year old, and we both loved it very much. For my son, especially, it evoked a rollercoaster of emotions. After really enjoying the beginning, he was distraught in the middle (too much treachery!) and almost wanted to stop, but then didn't want the chapters in the final third to end. Thank you for writing such a wonderful story. I hope you'll continue to write stories that are accessible to a younger audience. And perhaps a Books for Very Long Journey youth edition?

Congratulations! This is next in line after I finish You Are Gods and The Story of Christianity (though I cannot promise that I won't space them out with some less serious books from other, not so accomplished authors).

I must agree. Not since George MacDonald's Phantases and Lilith have I found a work that made me think more deeply on the "last things." Congratulations!

Tell me Professor Hart do you see yourself slipping ever closer to heterodoxy or perhaps even *gasp* Gnosticism?

Did Roland write this review?

Well-deserved! I just adored this book. It was my first foray into your fiction, and it will definitely not be my last.

Loved Kenogaia. I felt safe reading the story knowing that the author could only dream good dreams for us to enter and be enchanted. Lots danger and daring required of the characters but also a sense of a great redemption which awaits all when their time finally arrives to be delivered from the darkness.

Nice! Keep those awards coming. Novels are the way to go! The currency of human contact is stories! People remember what they “see” in their minds.

Congratulations. I thought the book was quite good myself. Will you ever write a sci-fi novel?
