My brother Addison sent me this link and at once I felt I must invite the universe in to watch it with me. Admittedly, my readership may not be the entire universe quite yet, but I rely on you to spread the word.
Since I mentioned in my Q & A column a day back that A Midsummer Night’s Dream is one of those works I read just about once a year, it seems appropriate to share this rendition of the Pyramus and Thisbe play-within-a-play from the final act. You would have to have no soul not to enjoy it.
And, of course, for some of us the conjunction of Shakespeare and the Beatles has something of the taste of paradise about it. Roland is ecstatic.
